Laboratory for Radiological Informatics

Houses the clinical picture archiving and communication system (PACS) image cache, long-term optical archive, database and web server. The facility is also the site for research in medical image informatics with long-term storage devices with heterogeneous high-capacity media, ATM, Gigabit and high-speed network communication hubs, developmental workstations and 3D rendering engines.
