VH1.com: Great White Dropped From First Nightclub Fire Lawsuit

The lawyer representing 16 plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed in the wake of the Station nightclub fire has dropped Great White from his list of defendants. A second attorney representing an additional 50 survivors and family members of victims has also decided not to include the band as defendants.
