Pensacola Commissions the USS Bonhomme Richard

The USS Bonhomme Richard was the 2nd naval ship to be commissioned in Pensacola, Florida. Commissioning was held on August 15, 1998 at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. This is the story of that event.
