For over 50 years, the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas has played a key role in providing housing options for low and moderate income residents in the Greater Las Vegas Area. The HACLV is one of the largest housing authorities in Nevada, and is currently providing assisted housing for more than 15,000 residents. The authority consists of federally funded family developments, senior housing, scattered site housing, affordable housing units, and section 8 vouchers and certificates.
