OII.org - Filtering is Ineffective

In late 2000 OII.org found that it was being blocked by certain filtering software. A three month investigation revealed facts that led the author to believe that filters are far less effective than filtering companies would lead the public to believe, and probably even less effective than some of filtering's most vocal critics believe.
