The NCT is set up to support industry through consultancy, research, development and training and is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists including experts in materials, failure analysis, surface engineering, corrosion, wear, metallography, metallurgy, valves, pumps, seals, gears, bearings, lubrication and polymers.
